Records held by fraud prevention agencies will also be used by other organisations to help them make decisions on motor, household, credit, life and other insurance proposals and insurance claims for you and members of your household and to help prevent money laundering where applicable. Scania may transfer your personal data to Scania affiliates located outside the European Economic Area, and when you give Scania your personal information you consent to any such transfer. Any personal data so-transferred will continue to be treated in accordance with this policy.

Both parties agree to keep all information relating to the use of the Site confidential; except where,
(1) Either party is required to divulge the same by a Court of Law or Government Authority with competent jurisdiction.
(2) It has already come into the public domain other than by the default of the obliging party.
(3) It was already known to the obliging party prior to the date of disclosure by the other party (as evidenced by written records).
(4) It was independently obtained by the obliging party from a third party other than in breach of such third party's confidentiality obligation to the disclosing party.
(5) It is necessary for Scania to disclose it to Solicitors or other persons involved in its processes including, but not limited to Scania's clients for whom it is acting.
